NEW 3-WAY BALL VALVE GIVES DIRECTION TO FINISH LINES

Hosco Fittings, LLC, Livonia, MI, manufacturer of paint finishing and  delivery system components, introduces a new 3-way ball valve.  The silicone-free valve, with a 316 stainless steel body and incorporating Teflon ball seats, allows each of the three ports to be connected to either inlet or outlet lines.  The valve can divert flow in single inlet applications or block flow from one of two installed inlet lines—a third option shuts off all flow. 

The easy-to-grip handle of the ball valve is assembled with two positive stops for no-guess flow rate operation while the handle’s position indicates flow direction (180^o) or flow off (90^o).  The three ports of the valve have 3/8" NPT female connection fittings for ease of installation and adaptability to most finishing line systems.  In addition, threaded connection adaptors with NPS, NPT and BSP designations as well as compression adaptors in 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2", 10mm and 12mm O.D. sizes are available from HOSCO.   The valve can be panel mounted or assembled with an optional universal mounting bracket.

In addition to the new 3-way ball valve, HOSCO also manufactures patented encapsulated ball valves (cavity-free ball seats), and other delivery system components including specialty/standard fittings, spray gun accessories, filters, swivels and extensions,  paint and air hose lines along with hose connectors, clips and spring guards, tees and manifold fittings, check valves, and bulkheads.  The “cavity-free” and smooth bore design attributes throughout the Hosco line provide unrestricted flow and minimize collection points for dirt—delivering
