HOSCO FINISHING SYSTEMS ACQUIRED BY STRATADYNE, LLC

Tom Murray, president of Stratadyne, LLC, Livonia, MI, a global provider of engineering support for the finishing industry has announced the acquisition of Hosco Finishing System Components from Illinois Tool Works (ITW).  Hosco will now operate as a stand alone entity conducting all operations from its current location utilizing its present resources and staff.  Hosco manufactures and services a full line of delivery system components for the paint and finishing industry and its silicon-free products feature a “cavity-free” design that eliminates collection points for dirt to deliver contaminate-free paint.
